Faculty Hiring Data
To get a more complete picture of faculty demographics at UNC Charlotte, a deeper dive into the recruitment data was completed to provide an in depth analysis of the past three years of faculty hiring. The data below illustrates the path to hire for faculty at UNC Charlotte as a whole, and in each individual College, from the initial applicant pool to the final candidate hire. The data from five demographic groups is illustrated. A comparison between number of available PhDs from each group relative to the number of applicants is also presented.
