Mission

The UNC Charlotte Center for ADVANCing Faculty Success promotes faculty success through research and programming on recruitment, re-appointment, promotion and tenure practices, policy reform, mentoring, leadership, and career development.

Vision

The UNC Charlotte Center for ADVANCing Faculty Success will provide strategies to enable all faculty to be successful during every phase of their academic careers. It will also contribute to the recruitment, retention and promotion of faculty with a broad range of backgrounds and experiences to carry out Charlotte’s research, teaching, and service priorities.
