National Journal Publishes Article by Wolf Johnson and Ross on BRIDGES Academic Leadership Program for Women

The NASPA Journal About Women in Higher Education has published an article about the BRIDGES Academic Leadership for Women program, written by UNC Charlotte’s Cynthia Wolf Johnson and Charlynn Ross. Wolf Johnson is Associate Provost for Academic Services and Ross is Director of University Center for Academic Excellence. They co-authored the article with Chena Flood, Director of University School Partnerships at North Carolina Central University and Jennifer Wilder, Director of Residential Life at North Carolina State University. The article, “Bridging the Gap: 16 Years of Academic Leadership Development for Women,” explores this university system leadership development model. The journal is published on behalf of NASPA, the foremost professional association for student affairs administrators, faculty, and graduate and undergraduate students, in collaboration with Berkeley Electronic Press (bepress).
