2023 RECENTLY-TENURED ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR ORIENTATION

There is a lot of research suggesting that faculty often struggle to find their footing after tenure, so the focus of this workshop is to provide strategies to help them thrive professionally.

A panel consisiting of Deans or their representatives will clarify expectations for recently-tenured associate professors in their colleges, and provided information about career trajectory and formulating a plan going forward.

The format will follow previous years in that each Dean will be given approximately 5 to 8 minutes to talk individually, and then we will open the floor up for questions from participants.
